THE SCRAP METAL ACT, 2015 is an ACT of Parliament to make provision for the regulation of dealings in scrap metal,

to provide for the establishment of a Scrap Metal Council and for connected purposes.

It is ENACTED by the Parliament of Kenya, as follows:
